


Club member David Haley has created the video above showing examples of images taken by current members. It is hoped that this will inspire some of you to join us.
The winners of the SaDPS annual exhibition competition have been announced. Unfortunately due to the ongoing restrictions brought about by the SARS-CoV-2 virus it has not been possible to display all prints at Eccles Community Art Gallery as normal.

During these difficult times SaDPS has been trying out Zoom to carry out behind the scenes operations, for example a committee meeting held on Monday evening.
It trials prove successful the use may be expanded.
If you are a regular visitor to this website you will have noticed a change to the background colours. Let’s know if you prefer it or not.
There are many out there who are missing out due to their understandable reluctance to register with social media platforms.
In order to prevent that you will see a new menu item at the bottom of each page which will take you to a page where you can keep up to date easily.
Members may be wondering where their page has gone. No need to worry, it is still there. Simply register via the link and, once logged in, you will see it once again.
Remember this is your website too. If there are any features that you would like to see added please let the web administrator know and they can be looked into.
The Forum is now accessible via the Tapatalk app for mobile dev. This makes accessing and using it even easier. Why not give it a go?
I hope our members are staying safe and finding creative ways to keep themselves occupied during the current pandemic. I further hope that some of you are finding ways to keep your photography going whilst stuck at home. If so please feel free to share. You can do this by uploading via the members section.

On December 16th members of the club met up for our annual Christmas Meal & Social. It was great to see many of those members who joined through this year in attendance. A big thanks you to all those who came along to make the night successful once again.
